The asset impairment charges primarily relate to the impairment of the Group's Bulgarian goodwill and other intangible assets. The impairment reflects the deterioration in the economic and financial climate and the challenging advertising market conditions. The Group has also recognised impairment of goodwill of the Slovenian free-TV broadcasting operations and the Playahead online social networking business. The non-recurring costs comprise close-down costs of the Playahead business as well as write-down of programming-related assets by the Group's Baltic free-TV broadcasting operations.
