We are continuing our expansion in Russia & Eastern Europe and are therefore in the need of an excellent individual that will assist the President of MTG with new projects that will later turn into businesses in which the successful candidate will take an operational role.
As the project starts to form we need someone to be responsible for executing business plans, analysis, project evaluation, back office duties i.e. “a hands on doer” who coordinates all the work that needs to be done when starting a new business. The role will initially be based in London but you will move wherever the project is taking place in the world.
Profile
As a person you are a highly motivated individual who shows strong work commitment and really follows projects through with a high efficiency and success rate. You are innovative, detail-orientated, analytical, have excellent communication and people skills, are not afraid of taking your own initiative and acting on it and do not mind working independently. Experience from working in Eastern Europe is a must. A background within the Broadcasting sector is a major advantage but candidates with a background in the media or in FMCG will also be considered.
