As a management trainee (LUMA) within MTG, you will work closely with our executive management for a period of 12 months – the goal is a management position within MTG. You must be prepared to relocate anywhere within our geographical core area at short notice. The workload will be heavy, your tasks sometimes simple and monotonous but you will also be involved in exciting and highly qualified projects during your trainee year.
Throughout your trainee period you will receive a unique and exceptionally speedy training. Our offices are located in Stockholm and also in Moscow, Oslo, Copenhagen, Sofia, Vilnius, Riga, Tallin, Budapest, Ljubljana, and Prague – where we operate our largest free-TV operations. In London, you will find our Broadcast centre and head office for Viasat Broadcasting Ltd.
If you are between 23-30 with a degree in business admin, engineering or similar, and excel both in and outside of the academic world and are “street smart”, you are eligible to apply for the position as “LUMA-TRAINEE” within MTG.
